Legal Services

What is the difference between a civil and a criminal case?
A civil case arises between individuals or companies over a dispute about rights (such as a contract or compensation); its goal is to obtain a right. A criminal case concerns a crime (theft, fraud, assault) and aims to impose a penalty.
What does the contract drafting and review service include?
Drafting contracts from scratch (sale, purchase, lease, partnership), reviewing existing contracts to ensure they are free of legal loopholes, and amending unclear or unlawful clauses.
How long does it take to set up a company in Egypt?
From 7 to 15 working days after preparing the required documents, depending on the company type; we manage the full process with the commercial registry and tax authority.
How do you help foreigners with residency and work permits?
We advise on residency types, prepare the required documents, follow up with the passports authority, and assist with renewals or resolving legal issues.
Do you handle international arbitration cases?
Yes, we have lawyers specialized in international commercial arbitration under the rules of chambers of commerce (such as ICC and LCIA) and regional centers.
What are the steps to file a new case? Do I attend in person?
Steps: initial consultation, preparing the statement of claim and documents, submitting them to the court, then follow-up. You usually don't need to attend if you authorize us to defend you.

Website & Contact

Do you have offices in cities other than Hurghada?
Our headquarters is in Hurghada, and we provide remote services across all Egyptian governorates and for foreign clients; we have legal partners in Cairo.
How can I be sure my legal information stays confidential?
Professional confidentiality is the basis of our work. All information you share is protected under the laws of the legal profession and its ethics.
What if I lose the case? Will I receive a bill?
Fees are agreed upfront and clearly. For some case types we work on a "success fee" basis (a share of the compensation if you win); in other cases the fee is hourly or a package.
Can I change my lawyer during the case?
Yes, at any time. However, we recommend continuing with the same lawyer to avoid duplicating effort and costs; we ensure full coordination if you change within our team.
